• My handcrafted writing instruments are covered by a 1 year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Your purchase
     
  will be repaired or replaced at my discretion during that time. Should repairs be needed, please send an email or use the
      “Contact Us” page for instructions. Defects in metal platings are also included in the 1 year warranty. Scratches caused by
      improper care, abuse or unauthorized attempts to clean or polish are excluded from this warranty coverage.
• Bark inclusions, naturally occurring effects and/or voids found in woods and other natural materials are considered to be part of
      the elegance of the instrument and are not considered to be defects. Wood occasionally will develop cracks and may be
      warrantied on a case by case basis.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect or improper care. Ink refills, rollerball & ballpoint springs, fountain pen
      cartridges and convertors are not covered by this warranty.
• Should your instrument need repair outside of the warranty period, please let me know. Repairs are generally inexpensive with
      the exception of damaged fountain pen nibs. Please constact me if you have any questions regarding repair.
  

Your right to privacy is important to me.  I do not rent, loan, sell or provide any of your information to anyone.  Your payment data
is maintained by PayPal and subject to PayPal privacy policy.  I have no need or desire to have access to that information.  All I
receive from PayPal is the notice that the funds have been transferred from your to my account.  Your email address information is
maintained and protected by Microsoft on Microsoft servers.

General Pen Care

• DO NOT leave your pen in the car. The temperature extremes experienced in a car can damage or destroy the finish, cause wood
      to crack, cause leakage and/or many other damages.
• Carrying a pen loose in a purse or pants pocket will cause undesired consequences that are not covered by any warranty. Keys, 
      coins and other metallic objects will scratch metal platings and ruin hand finishes. Pouches are available to store your pen if you 
      absolutely feel the need to carry them unprotected in a pants pocket or purse.
• Almost any cleaning fluid or abrasive substance (car wax) will damage any part of your pen. You can use almost any product made
      for fine wood furniture care. Buff with a soft clean cloth, cotton or microfiber works best.
• Synthetic materials can be more forgiving to heat and cold extremes than wood but are more easily scratched and chipped. Plastic 
      polish can be used but any product labeled as having any scratch removal properties will damage the metal platings.
